By accessing or using the Job Search Portal portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Job Seeker Obligations & Commission
As a Job Seeker, you agree that:
- All information provided in your profile and resume is truthful and accurate.
- You agree to pay the "Success Fee" (50% to 100% of the first month's salary) only after you have successfully joined the company through our reference.
- Failure to fulfill the commission agreement after successful joining may lead to legal action and blacklisting from our service.
4. Employer Obligations
Employers agree to provide accurate job descriptions and not to solicit candidates directly outside the platform to avoid agreed consultancy fees.
5. Disclaimer
Job Search Portal acts as a bridge between talent and employers. While we verify profiles, we are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of the workplace.
